With experience spanning over ten years in the fields of media and communication and business administration, Sharmica Holness is a dynamic freelance communications specialist and marketing expert with an enviable track record of delivering your message with creativity and impact.

Sharmica possesses a successful track record in sales, key account management and client relations having worked as a brand manager and key account executive. I have worked with international brands such as Yoplait, Kelloggs, Welchs and Betty Crocker; and, local companies Heart Trust NTA, Jamalco, Ministry of Health and Baking Enterprises Ltd etc. Sharmica is currently a member of several organizations including the Manchester Chamber of Commerce, National Integrity Commission and Junior Achievement Jamaica.

Sharmica is currently CEO and Managing Director of HelpMates Housekeeping & Essential Services, Mandeville's premier residential and commercial cleaning provider. She also works full-time as a key account executive and part-time as an adjunct lecturer in the Department of Communication Studies at Northern Caribbean University.
